Limited Lifetime Warranty

Big Gator Tools warrants their tap guides to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is in effect beginning from the date of purchase and must be verified with your sales receipt or invoice displaying the date of product purchase. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases the product from the original purchaser.
This warranty does not apply to products that have been subject to alterations, modifications, unauthorized repairs, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, or handling.
This warranty is IN LIEU OF any other warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY and FITNESS for a particular purpose and excludes all incidental or consequential damages. Our liability under this limited lifetime warranty is limited to replacement. In no event will Big Gator Tools be liable for damages, lost revenue, lost wages or any other incidental or consequential damages arising from purchase, use or inability to use this product, even if Big Gator Tools has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This limited lifetime warranty gives you specific legal rights that may vary from state to state.
Big Gator Tools will replace any tap guide found to be defective and subject to warranty. Returns shipped must be prepaid. We will not accept C.O.D. shipments. All returned products are subjected to inspection. Big Gator Tools reserves the right to decline the return of any product not covered under this warranty. If the product is found to be defective and covered by this limited lifetime warranty, Big Gator Tools will ship back at no charge, a replacement tap guide. The replacement tap guide will carry the same limited lifetime warranty as the original tap guide purchased. Send defective tap guide with receipt or invoice displaying the date of product purchase and a description of the problem to address below:
